Re: [Practical_Carbine] The ugliest 9mm Carbine

HI-POINT IS MADE BY HI-POINT MANUFACTURING ERIK....A SMALL CO MAKES BOTH THE
HANDGUNS AND THE CARBINES....

AND WHILE QUITE FUGLY, THEY FUNCTION IN DIRECT JUXTAPOSITION TO THEIR
LOOKS...THEY JUST KEEP RUNNING AND RUNNING...AND HAVE A VERY 'DILLON-LIKE'
NO BS WARRANTEE......I HAVE PERSONALLY PURCHASED A BEAT TO KRAP EXAMPLE AT A
GUNSHOW, SENT IT BACK TO THE FACTORY TO BE 'REFURBED' AND RECEIVED, IN
RETURN, A VIRTUALLY NEW GUN BY RETURN MAIL.....

IT'D NOW HIGH ON MY 'BUY' LIST, I ALWAYS WATCH FOR THEM AT SHOWS AND BUY ALL
THE USED ONES I CAN FIND, AT A DECENT PRICE....THEY ACTUALLY HAVE A KIND OF
'THREE LEGGED DOG' CHARM TO THEM....

Cool stuff. I wonder if they have different ownerships and farmed out work, or if they are owned by the sam eparent company. I would lean toward "same parent"...
