Hello all:

I am mystified. It seems we are completely and gladly dedicated to stand here
forever and lament the ever increasing loss of our liberties without showing the
remotest interest to demonstrate why and how we came to be in the abyss.

For forty years this has been the only sword we ever wielded and the only
success it ever registered is an increase of our lamentation. It is catalepsy of
the mind. How is it imagined that this unchanging and deeply entrenched method
will do anything except from time to time put a slight and temporary stop to the
onslaught on our freedom?

Is it not clear that as matters stand right now only one outcome can be our
fate? If this question is too deep, ask yourself, next time you find yourself
standing in a swarm of angry hornets, how many of them would retreat to their
nest, if you exposed their presence even in a stentorian voice.

Gun-control is a democratic requirement. It is unrelenting and, therefore,
forever unless the democracy is dissolved.

Subject: The Most Sweeping Gun Ban Ever Introduced in Congress--Clinton Gun
Ban "Reenactment" Bans Millions More Guns-GUN OWNERS MUST READ

GUN OWNERS MUST READ- IF YOU OWN A GUN, THIS CONCERNS YOU!!!! Check it out at
the NRA-ILA link at the bottom. Write or email your senator and representative
and tell them "NO" to S 1431 or any gun control laws.

BILL Co-sponsored by our friend John Kerry and his anti gun cronies. Let every
voter you know, what is at stake in this election. This is happening now and you
won't hear about it on the new.

QUOTE- AUG, 2004 American Rifleman Page 90.
"On the campaign trail, Sen. John Kerry says he believes Americans have a
right to own guns, but back in Congress, however Kerry joins Hillary Clinton,
and Ted Kennedy who are co-sponsoring legislation to ban ALL SEMI-AUTOMATIC
SHOTGUNS, ALL DETACHABLE-MAGAZINE SEMI-AUTOMATIC RIFLES AND OTHER GUNS.

The election is less than 90 days away. Vote Pro 2nd amendment or say goodbye
to your guns like Canada, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.

This is not just "assault weapons"!!!!!! EDUCATE YOUR SELF and GO VOTE
H.R. 2038/S. 1431, introduced by Rep. Carolyn McCarthy (D-N.Y.) and Sen. Frank
Lautenberg (D-N.J.), does not just "reenact" or "reauthorize" the 1994 Clinton
Gun Ban--the federal "assault weapon" law. It bans millions more guns and begins
backdoor registration of guns. All told, it`s a giant step closer to the goal
stated by Clinton Gun Ban sponsor Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) on CBS 60
Minutes--"If I could have gotten 51 votes in the Senate of the United States for
an outright ban, picking up every one of them, Mr. and Mrs. America, turn them
all in, I would have done it." There is no 10-year sunset provision in
H.R.2038/S.1431. It permanently bans every gun banned by the Clinton ban, and:

a.. Bans every gun made to comply with the Clinton ban.
b..
c.. The Clinton ban dictated the kinds of grips, stocks and attachments new
guns can have. Manufacturers and gun owners complied and new guns conform to the

grip"(sec. 2(H)(ii) and (b)(42)). Any characteristic.
