Hi people! I've got a suggestion to everyone using the powerizers.
When I was first trying them out I noticed that the support needed to
be spread throughout the lower leg instead of just at the knees and
feet, maybe that's just me because I have weak knees but that's
beside the point ;) I'm also a hockey player and so I decided to
improvise and stuck my combination knee & skin pads on under the knee
strap. Not only does this protect your shin if you fall on a bar and
smack them, but they spread the pressure around. I, personally, find
this to be much more stable, and puts less stress on the knees.
Anyway, that's jsut a humble suggestion from the little new b, take
it or leave it
