Definatly. I was feeling stuff I had never felt before, lol. Never
knew I had armpit muscles.. lol! That's alright, I'll make the time
im on them a little less though, don't think these muscles I never
knew I had can take 2 hours again. :D

*I suggest icyhot for anyone who went for 2 hours though!!* ;)

It seems ALL of my muscles hurt now. I limp when I walk.. is this from using the poweriser for about 2 hours? I am curious what's the amount of time you can...
