My first day was terribly disappointing I had no bounce and less
balance. However my 2nd day I ran around downtown Oakland and jumped
over a road sign, it was great. I am having some difficulty with the
back of my knee I am wearing knee pads and the strap is digging into
my leg. I wore a knee pad backwards after checking out Max's webpage,
it helped a lot. Because I weigh 155lbs I bought the 7090s and I am
considering buying some ankle weights to get bit more bounce.
Any pointers on running fast? I do enjoy the moon bounce but I can't
seem to get a forward bounce.
How long before they are broken in?
