run, walk, or jump on it, the top of it(the adjustable knee cap part)
will push against the inside of my knee. With the right one when I
bounce on one foot, it pretty much pushes up nice and verticle, not
to the left or the right, or if you will, to the outside or the
inside. But when I bounce one footed on the left, it consistently
pushes against the inside of my knee, to the left, while I bounce
verticle.

Well since you have to bounce at the same time (with your feet) Im
sure its a very unnatural thing to do...you can be stronger on your
right leg?
Ive taken a few days off actually.. from risers since i injured my
back TRYING to front flip dam well knowing that I cant flip any how.
Im just too couragious friends say...idiotic I say but it could be
getting the left and right to play side by side...that could be
giving you that pull to the leg so often.
