My first thought is maybe its a defect??
I noticed that my bottom bow where it is screwed in at the rubber foot plate?, The screws holding the bow in place aren't dead center, not noticeable at first glance but yeah the holes were off and my buddy noticed it when he jumped....he felt it. That is very minor to me since I didn't feel anything different cause I am new to them. I dot know if they will warranty them since I greased it up and changed bolts though my modifications have nothing to do with the original off line holes used to secure the bows.
Enough about me, sorry....Sounds like the bottom rubber foot piece might be bent. I know superdiaryboy has the replacement parts, you may want to try out your warranty also.
