Hi,    I bought my powerisers a couple of weeks ago, and I am really thrilled with them

The Problem

But I'm haveing a bit of trouble with the left one.  When I run, walk, or jump on it, the top of it(the adjustable knee cap part) will push against the inside of my knee.  With the right one when I bounce on one foot, it pretty much pushes up nice and verticle, not to the left or the right, or if you will, to the outside or the inside.  But when I bounce one footed on the left, it consistently pushes against the inside of my knee, to the left, while I bounce verticle.

What I've tried

I've switched springs, not left to right yet but, both 5070's to 7090's.  And the problem still presists
I've also switched left to right the "diagonal under your foot supporting piece" but the problem was still the same.

Diagnosis  < but this might not be the case

the bottom of the poweriser, the rubber footed part that makes contact with the ground is not lined up properly under the part of the poweriser where your foot is strapped in at.

Attempt at a diagram     (this might not be what is happening)

If you have incountered this at all or something like it, and have a suggestion as to what to do to correct it,, please write.
OR if you simply have a suggestion please write.

Much Thanks Superfrymaster
