Ok Ive been using my risers for a few days now. All of my simple
modifications have drastically improved the risers. They are smoother
quieter and more comfortable.
But after many front flip attempts my back isnt too great, I went to
a gym to warm up and learn the basics then attempted couragously to
only almost land a flip...Im fine actually but when i jump on my
risers it hurts to get one little bounce. I will be taking it easy
for a few days of no jumping. Note I cant even flip with out the
risers on..well no ive landed a couple yet not enuff to build up
stamina for the real deal on risers. After slamming pretty hard at
the gym, the risers held up fine as my coach strapped them on and
showed me why he is the coach and flipped and flipped front to back
as much as he wanted. it looks amazing! I NEED to do this!

I'll need some more gymnastic training but WHEN i do I will be
flippin down the streets all morning for that fresh morning jog.
