THank you for your fast responses . Yes, he is a
responsible kid , and just loves anything kind of
unusual and different, thus his juggling. Loves
entertaining and being the " center of attention " so
these are right up his alley . WE live in the
Hilton Head Island area of South Carolina so lots of
nice flat surfaces. I guess my two worries were the
" not being able to stop fast " when running , but we
live in a gated neighborhood so not much traffic at
all , and also I was thinking , my son is like six
feet tall, very thin and muscular , wirey . I was
thinking that if you did one of those five foot jumps
and MISSED or something , that would be one heck of a
fall and possibly bone breaking . I think probably
helmets and pads are appropriate and all sports carry
risks. Our 13 yr old daughter is an avid equestrian
and horses are always a huge danger and risk with MANY
horrible accidents. I have this weird outlook on life
due to the fact that i have been very seriously ill
for over ten years. There were so many things I
wanted to do , dreamed of doing , but then got sick
very quickly and instantly my life changed and I could
not do the things I dreamed of doing . So I like to
let them experience what they want to , but I am still
a MOM and mom's worry !!!!! Thanks again !
Catherine
