Hi Other Thing Also about Falling as it Seems That Most People Will Fall
Forward and Most Land On there Knees First and With the Knee Bar, It
breaks the Fall.

Always try to fall forward. If you go backwards, you can crack your
tailbone or skull, or dislocate your shoulder or elbow trying to catch
yourself. If you start to go backwards, try to twist around to get to
your front.

It's good to take some practice falls (forward) with wrists guards and,
if you have them, elbow guards. Try to land on your hands and knees
simultaneously to distribute the load. Once you get your hands in
contact with the ground, roll onto your side.
