My guess is probably not right now.  The spring is the most expensive and tiresome thing to engineer.  Of course if you have the money you can have anything you want.  Contact Jeff Jay at stilt-werks.com he engineers stilts for specific shows such as cirque de sole and Disney, if he can’t do it, I fear you are out of luck.
