Power Bomb Radio is pleased to welcome Northeast indy superstar J
Busta live to tonight's show!

With a solid base on the CT wrestling scene,  Busta has recently been
making a name for himself through New England, the Tri-State and Mid-
Atlantic areas. Everywhere he goes Busta has been involved in the top
feuds and some of the best matches being put together today. We will
meet this young wrestler and learn about his background and what his
secret is to dominating everywhere he goes.

Then we will have quick recaps of the action from this week's NWA:TNA
PPV. TNA has seemingly lost its way with first Jonny Fairplay and now
ICP on their show. Can the debut of Terry Funk help balance out the
TNA roster?

We will also take a look at Thursday's WWE SmackDown that featured
the SD debut of Paul London (which I missed) and a huge push for
Eddie Guerrero. With only three weeks to set up No Way Out, can
SmackDown pull everything together in time?

Finally we will have a preview of Stars and Stripes Championship
Wrestling's show from Clinton, NJ this Saturday night.

We're going to be running through TWO jam-packed hours this Friday on
Power Bomb Radio!

At our regular start time of 7PM La Familia founder and Devil-
incarnate Mike E. Milano will join us. After we had CCW's Joe
LaChance on the show this past Tuesday, Milano demanded an interview
as well. We'll see what he has to say about the invasion of CCW by La
Familia and also discuss how "smart marks" are ruining the business.

At 8PM we will be joined live by indy wrestler Spider. A regular
listener of Power Bomb Radio, Spider will fill us in on his big match
this weekend for CCW and give us his thoughts on the whole La
Familia "thing" and how *he* thinks he could fit into La Familia!

To close out the show I will have a preview of WWE's Royal Rumble Pay-
Per-View. I'm going with the flow for the Royal Rumble match itself,

We are back live this Tuesday night with Connecticut Championship
Wrestling's Joe LaChance joining us on the show.

LaChance has worked with independent federations on both coasts and
we will discuss the differences and similarities between West Coast
and East Coast feds, how indy wrestling continues to struggle and the
value of co-existence rather than competition on the indy scene.

We will also run down the card for this weekend's CCW card out of
Fairfield, CT and what LaChance expects CCW do accomplish in 2004.

With less that a week before the Royal Rumble we will go over the Raw
brand's contribution to the Pay-Per-View including the wrestler who
will be coming into the Rumble itself in the coveted 30th position.

Our weekly preview of NWA:TNA's Pay-Per-View will focus on the debut
of Survivor's Johnny Fairplay and why crossovers such as this NEVER
work.

We're going to be joined LIVE by the "Whole Reffin' Show" Referee
Sean Hanson tonight!

In his first appearance on Power Bomb Radio in 2004 we'll find out
what Hanson has been up to since his he joined us as part of the
Fifth Anniversary Post-Show where he and Renee exchanged barbs. We'll
discuss his work with NWA:TNA and ask "When are we going to see Ref
Hanson on TV?"

We will also have a report from my trip to the joint Jersey All-
Pro/Ring of Honor show last Friday. I'll give you my thoughts from
the audience and get Hanson's take on how the show went as well.

While we have Hanson on we will also take a look at this week's Raw.
Finally a show that made some sense from beginning to end and for a
third consecutive week Triple H actually was not annoying. We'll go
over the matches, who else has announced their entry into the Royal
Rumble and whether or not Mick Foley will ever come back to face
Randy Orton.

This Tuesday we are happy to welcome back Slyk Wagner Brown LIVE to
the show!

"The Underground King" Slyk Wagner Brown last joined us in May of
2003 fresh on the heels of his Match of the Year candidate match
against Dan Maff for Jersey All Pro Wrestling. This Friday night Slyk
and Maff will be squaring off against each other again in a Grudge
Match as part of the joint JAPW/Ring of Honor show in Woodbridge, NJ.
Slyk will tell us what to expect in that match, what he's been up to
since last year and what we can expect from him in 2004!

Our Raw Report will discuss the weirdness that was Raw this week.
Coming right after an odd SmackDown last week, this Raw also suffered
from matches that didn't make a lot of sense, title matches that were
touted but didn't happen and a relatively tame "Sheriff" Stone Cold
Steve Austin. We will take a look at the show and once again try to
come up with some advice for WWE as they look ahead to the New Year.

NWA:TNA is returning to live broadcasting this Wednesday on Pay-Per-
View in grand fashion as they have an Ultimate X match featuring
Christopher Daniels, Low Ki, Chris Sabin and defending X-Division
champion Michael Shane. We'll cover the NWA:TNA card, how (and where)
you can save money on NWA:TNA PPVs and why I STILL won't be able to
see NWA:TNA this week.

Happy New Year to all of you! On this Friday's show we are going to
do our annual Wrestler New Year's Resolutions. It's time for us to
list what wrestlers should be hoping to accomplish in 2004 as well as
what WWE, NWA:TNA, JAPW and other promotions should be striving for
in the New Year.

Then we will take a look at the odd SmackDown from this week. In one
night half of SD's Royal Rumble's competitors were announced, a new
Cruiserweight champion was crowned and the strongest tag team seems
to have dissolved. All this on a show that didn't really have all
that much wrestling and that ended a bit flat. We'll go over the
action from SmackDown and discuss how it wasn't the best way to kick
off the New Year.

resolution to Mick Foley's departure, an odd return for Stone Cold
Steve Austin and a Main Event that had to be seen to be believed.

Holiday Greetings Fellow Power Bombers!

First I want to thank all of you who joined us for our Fifth
Anniversary show last Friday. We had over three hours of fun, those
who were there for the post-show were given a special treat as we

of New Jersey!

The wait is over as Power Bomb Radio celebrates its Fifth Anniversary
tonight! Already confirmed for tonight's two hour online "birthday

And the long-awaited in-studio debut of Renee the Power Bomb Radio

On the show tonight we will discuss how the face of pro wrestling has
changed over the last five years. We will also take a trip back to
this week in 1998 and how the big players then are still playing "The
Game" to this very day.

In our second hour we will take a look at this week's NWA:TNA action
(and why I didn't see it) as well as recap WWE SmackDown. Renee will
be joining us in that second hour as well, so expect to hear a lot
about the Yankees (whoever they are).

We will finish out the show taking a look back on Power Bomb Radio's
Fifth Year. From interviews with legends and rising stars to the
growth and change of our chatroom, this year has been the best in PBR
history. We'll look into 2005 and the plans we have to make IT even
better than this year.

How's it going???! I can't believe it's going to be 5
years since your show started... That's outstanding
when you consider that most shows never last that
long...

By the way, I invested two whole hours of my life last
night to watch Raw... I was at my friend Grant's and
we watched it... It might have been the worst Raw
ever... That handicap match blew... And why was it so
long??? A complete waste of my time...

And I know that the Foley walking out things is some
sort of setup, but it was very lame, you could see it
coming a mile away...

Anyway, how are you doing in CT??? Angie and I are
coming to town right after Christmas, but only for
like three days as I have to be back to broadcast a
game on new year's eve from Cedar Rapids...

wrestling!

On this Tuesday edition of Power Bomb Radio we will have a preview of
WWE Armageddon complete with my (poor) predictions for the Pay-Per- View and
why Triple H has been so invisible the last month on Raw.

NWA:TNA's Pay-Per-View this week is a lackluster offering, but we
will preview those matches as well and I will Call The Shots on how
NWA:TNA can improve their product using the current roster and
WITHOUT Hulk Hogan. You'll want to tune in for this segment as one of
my "fixes" is something you never would expect me to suggest!

The countdown to Power Bomb Radio's Fifth Anniversary has begun! Half
a decade has come and gone since the first Power Bomb Radio show in
1998, this Tuesday we will give you a sneak peek as to what to expect
for our big Fifth Anniversary show on December 19th!

Well we've dug ourselves out of the snow and will be coming to you
live this Tuesday night with 60 minutes of the best in professional
wrestling!

On this Tuesday edition of Power Bomb Radio we will have a preview of
WWE Armageddon complete with my (poor) predictions for the Pay-Per-
View and why Triple H has been so invisible the last month on Raw.

NWA:TNA's Pay-Per-View this week is a lackluster offering, but we
will preview those matches as well and I will Call The Shots on how
NWA:TNA can improve their product using the current roster and
WITHOUT Hulk Hogan. You'll want to tune in for this segment as one of
my "fixes" is something you never would expect me to suggest!

The countdown to Power Bomb Radio's Fifth Anniversary has begun! Half

We're back live this Tuesday night with a road report from my trip to
Jersey All Pro Wrestling's sixth anniversary show in Secaucus. The
show featured a solid card, some big names and my first time meeting
with Mick Foley. Tune in tonight for a full run-down of the event and
why I think more organizations should be like JAPW.

There will be no live Power Bomb this Friday as I will be traveling
to Pennsylvania to play tourist in Amish country. So tonight we will
have our preview and predictions for WWE Survivor Series. Once again
this joint offering from Raw and SmackDown is much stronger on the
Raw side. I'll give you my thoughts and who I think will walk away
victorious from the last joint WWE Pay-Per-View of the year.

NWA:TNA this week features what I consider to be the best booking
this week and the worst booking this week, all on the same card. The
worst match features the return of Lex Luger to television as he
partners with Jeff Jarrett against Sting and AJ Styles. What is
NWA:TNA thinking? The best match is a singles competition
between "The Fallen Angel" Christopher Daniels and Low `Ki. This
match has the potential to be the best of the year. Can the power of
Daniels/'Ki overcome the revulsion of Luger's return? We'll cover
that on tonight's show.

It's been almost a month but we're back live tonight with a new
edition of the best radio wrestling show- Power Bomb Radio!

On this Tuesday's show we will have a report from Saturday's Ring of
Honor show out of Elizabeth, NJ. It was a show of blood, sweat, tears
and vomit? We will run down the matches and talk about how ROH is
positioning itself as they finish out 2003 and look ahead to 2004.

WWE has continued its schizophrenic ways during our hiatus. As
Survivor Series looms on the horizon we will take a look at this
week's Raw as Stone Cold Steve Austin rounded out his team with a
fellow Texan. We will cover this week's Raw action, discuss how Raw
was without the newlywed Triple H and why Raw seems to start off so
well and end so badly.

NWA-TNA is bringing us a solid show this week as they shake the
mantle of Hulk Hogan and once again focus on the X-Division with an X-
Division Battle Royal. Also on this week's card Raven finally gets
his match against Father James Mitchell and AJ Styles tries to keep
his star on the rise without the NWA World Title. We will preview the
show and have thoughts on whether Hogan's injury was a curse or a
blessing.

At this time we are working for a potentially HUGE surprise for
tonight's show. I don't want to say what it is yet in case we can't
get it setup in time for the live show, but be sure to tune in for
what could be a historical episode of Power Bomb Radio!

ROAD WARRIOR HAWK PASSES AWAY

It is with a very heavy heart that I tell you that Hawk of the Road
Warriors has passed away in his sleep at 1:30 this morning.

Hawk was born on January 26th, not sure of the year but I believe he
turned 46 years old.  His real name was Michael Hegstrand.

Mike had everything going for him right now.

He just sold his Condo to move today into his new home in Tampa,
Florida.  His wife Dale said "he was going to lay down for a while, he
didn't feel well."  She thought it was from all the packing and
excitement of the move into their new home.

As soon as I find out further details I will post them here for you.

I want to convey my deepest sympathy and condolences to Dale and
Mike's family, friends and fans.  This one has really hit home hard.
I am totally at a loss for words.

If anyone would like to send a note to Dale, please e-mail them to me
and I will see that she receives them. I don't even have the new
address yet, so this is the easiest way.  <GMakpoulos@...>

Hawk and Animal were perhaps one of the most successful and feared Tag
Teams ever on the wrestling scene.  Joseph Laurinaitis (Animal) is
totally devastated. We should hear from him soon.

They were first known as the Legion of Doom.  Those spiked shoulder
pads were so intimidating.

In Chicago, they just celebrated their 20th Anniversary on June 7th @
the Pro Championship Wrestling show, where they were reunited with
Paul Ellering.

And it's official, The Road Warriors were just voted the Dream Team by
the fans of the WWE RAW Magazine Poll.   The Magazine is now on the
Newsstands, it is the November issue.

It is a very sad day, today.

We're back live this Tuesday with a full hour of action from both the
national and indy scenes.

First, we'll have recaps of this weekend's Urban Empire Wrestling and
East Coast Wrestling Association shows. I'll admit right now that I
missed both shows but have heard only positives from those in
attendance. We will run down the results and lament what I missed
this past weekend.

Our attention will then to this week's WWE Raw. From a "smashing"
beginning through a lackluster card to a flat finish Raw didn't give
us too much this week, so we won't be spending too much time talking
about it. Instead we will turn to this week's NWA:TNA action as we
run down the card for their PPV this week and discuss whether Hulk
Hogan's signing will help or hurt the fledgling promotion.

Programming Note: We will not have a live show this Friday, October
10th. Instead we will be debuting a new interview with Assault
Championship Wrestling superstar Bulldog Blanski as well as my
thoughts on WWE SmackDown as they approach their No Mercy Pay-Per-
