If you visit the Powerbomb2000.com website, you will see that I have
announced the end of Power Bomb. While I don't want to bore you all
with the details of this decision, I feel that the members of this
list deserve a better explanation than the general public is
receiving.

First and foremost, I am tired. Power Bomb has been going pretty much
non-stop since November of 1998, and I've been doing the show solo
since June 1999. Recently, I have had help in the studios, and the
show has improved for it. Getting someone to help bear the work
necessary is one thing I would need to arrange before I could bring
Power Bomb back.

Second, I need to re-affirm my professional relationship with the
WWF, now that they are the only real game in town. In the past, Power
Bomb and the WWF have had an odd relationship where I would sneak
around, and they would let me. In the coming months I feel that the
WWF will probably be more receptive to outside media coverage as they
try to balance out both the WWF and the WCW. Until they get their act
together, it would be futile to try to set things up with them.

Third, I have a desire to get back into regular radio. Our friends at
Wrestling 101 have proven that there is a place for syndicated
wrestling talk radio, and I want Power Bomb to fill in the gaps that
101 doesn't. To that end, I have been talking with two radio stations
here in Seattle and one radio syndication company. The process is
long, but I hope when Power Bomb DOES return to the Internet, it will
also be heard on regular radio as well.

So there's a bit more about the shutdown of Power Bomb. No, I haven't
been fired from WorldStream. No, WorldStream hasn't pulled the plug
on the show. And no, Vinnie Mac isn't behind all of this :-) Power
Bomb WILL be back, something as good this would have to be!
