Greetings fellow Power Bombers!

On tonight's show I will have a full recap of my first independent
wrestling show: the Pacific Wrestling Federation.

I had a blast on Friday night, when not only did I get to go
backstage, I was also given the chance to do color commentary for the
PWF television taping. Log into tonight's show for all the details of

We will also talk about the return of one of my favorite wrestlers,
Dusty Rhodes, to the WCW last night on Nitro. If you haven't heard my

WWF news will cover last week's ruling in the Lionel murder case.
Power Bomb interviewed Tate's lawyer last summer, and we have been
following the case closely since. Tonight we will discuss the
ramifications of the ruling, and the WWF's response.

Finally, our Women of Wrestling spotlight will take a look at what
some former Nitro Girls are up to, as well as some news from Power
Bomb favorite Jenny "Looney" Lane.
