Vandalism of the Course   Message List

I continue to see vandalism of the course.

Most recently, I've noticed a few trees that were damaged. While
there have been storms that came through the area and broke off limbs
that caused lower damage, it appears that someone is still breaking
off smaller trees to make throwing the fairways easier. I'm pretty
sure that the bent tree on Hole#1 (now broken and soon to be removed)
was damaged by someone rather than by any storm.

THIS IS VANDALISM!! Unless the trees (or other bushes) are lower than
waist-high, it was intended to be there.

And someone keeps removing the prop I've placed under the tree on
Hole#14.... this prop is intended to help this tree survive there and
grow in a more upright direction.

If you see anyone damaging the trees (or any other part of the
course) please get their identity and bring it to my attention.

Likewise, there has been more trash on the course lately.... Please
do not throw your empty bottles on the course (and be sure they don't
fall out of your bag, accidentally). If you see other's throw trash
on the course, politely return it to them, and ask that they deposit
it in the barrel at Hole#1 or some other trash can.

Maintain pride in Boulder Woods by protecting it from vandalism and
trash.
