     The part about P/T is more confusing than informative. Is Velikova making a statement about P/T`s attention to training?

     I re-read it with a clearer mind and now understand that it was just the translator injecting her little joke. I don`t get the joke, though. Is it that, if the Velikovs were to hear Piseev`s insincere remark, that they would be puking?
