Cubs @ Cardinals -
Friday 4/30 - Monday 5/3
Two of baseball's oldest rivals square off in this weekend's marquee matchup.
Chicago's starting staff will have the unenviable task of shutting down a St.
Louis offense that tops the Majors in home runs. The Cubs currently hold a
1,097-1,042 advantage in the all-time series, but have not swept a four-game set
in St. Louis since 1929.

Jon Lieber - New York Yankees
Lieber, who has not thrown a Major League pitch since undergoing Tommy John
surgery in 2002, will make his Yankees debut this weekend against Kansas City.
The former Cubs hurler won 20 games in 2001, before an elbow injury forced him
to go under the knife. Lieber has looked great in three rehab starts, throwing
15 scoreless innings while also trying to recover from a groin injury. The
Yankees are hoping the 34-year-old righty can stay healthy and stick in the No.5
spot in their rotation for the remainder of 2004.

Paul Lo Duca - Los Angeles Dodgers
If ever there was a time to sell high on a fantasy player, this might be it. Lo
Duca's red-hot start (.433 average through Tuesday) has made him one of fantasy
baseball's most coveted catchers in 2004. Despite his high batting average, Lo
Duca has yet to go deep or steal a base. Of more concern is his track record. In
three big league seasons (2001-2003), Lo Duca has batted a combined .323 before
the All-Star Break, and only .252 after it. If that trend holds true this
season, there's no better time to trade Lo Duca than right now. Choose Lo Duca
