We're coming to you
Dear Olivia:
This year, LIVESTRONG Day is about building grassroots power in the
local communities. It's about a nation uniting together to make
cancer a national priority. This year, LIVESTRONG Day is about YOU.
That is why the Lance Armstrong Foundation (LAF) will close its doors
on May 13th and send our entire staff out to events that exemplify
the spirit of LIVESTRONG Day.
All across the country, we want to support you and the critical work
that you are doing to make cancer a priority in your community. From
bake sales to bike rides, from potluck dinners to Wear Yellow Days,
the LAF is coming to a town near you.
Register YOUR event today!
To make sure we can coordinate all LAF staff travel you must register
your event by April 1st to be eligible for an LAF staff visit on
LIVESTRONG Day. While we will not be able to attend every LIVESTRONG
Day event, we will do our best to cover the map.
I know the LAF staff looks forward to seeing how you choose to take
part in LIVESTRONG Day. I sincerely hope you will join us at a
LIVESTRONG Day event or host one of your own. Visit our website by
clicking the link below and we'll provide you with great tips and
ideas for types of events to host.
Take just a few moments to register your LIVESTRONG Day event.
Together, let's unite this country to make cancer a national priority.
LIVESTRONG,
Doug Ulman
President and CEO
Lance Armstrong Foundation
