we've got enough people to make it happen.

Speaking personally, Tu/Th/Friday work for me; I can't on Monday and Wednesday.
Wednesday seems to be triple-booking day in town.

That way, we'll have people available to lead our (very important
public face) group rides.

How about mountain bike rides on Th as the easy day cool down recovery
ride after the races. Maybe Roadies on Monday?
