The folks over in Libby (The Habitat For Humanity) have alerted me to
the fact that they won't be sending out entry forms this year.

You'll have to go to their web site ON Feb 15th to down load an entry
form. Admission will be by postmark date.

The ride has been opened up from a limit of 350 riders to 400, and you
can come early or stay late to work on their latest house.

For those unfamiliar:
Scenic Tour Of the Kootenai River is a wonderful day ride. The
Saturday 98-miler goes from Libby, MT to Troy, MT to YAAK, MT and back
over a sort of stiff pass to Libby. A 40-mile route alternative runs
from Libby west to Hwy 56, explores the neighborhood and returns to Libby.

Support, rider protection and FOOD are outstanding. In the past the
350 rider limit resulted from the organizers thinking that they needed
one (cooking) volunteer per entrant.

We're traditionally dissapointed by not being able to get all of
accepted for the STOKR. Last year, they filled up the 350 places in
10-days.
