Ok, sorry for the e-mail barrage, but this is pretty important.
The 4th of July Parade. We, the Pend Oreille Pedalers, have become pretty visible members of Sandpoint/Bonner County. The 4th of July Parade is a great way to show those who don't know, that we are a force! I wholeheartedly encoursge all of you to come and join us in our spot in the parade. In past years we have had between 45 and 50 riders! Let's better that!
If you have a few spare hours the morning of July 4th, come downtown with your family, classic vintage bikes, town cruisers, race bikes,Tandoms, unicycles, what ever, join the parade with us. I really don't care if you are a POP member or not, best if you are!, but I want the community to see that Sandpoint is full of bicycles.
So, show up between 8:30 and 9:30 on Church St. July 4th. This coming Saturday. Look for me and a cluster of bicycles. Streamers, horns, bells, whatever it takes to draw the attention of the spectators! Costumes! Lube up that classic cruiser in the garage! Get with it!
