The Greater Parish Area Chamber of Commerce “Parish Irish Days” to be held on March 14-15!!! The parade will be held on Sat. March 14 beginning at 10 a.m. (line up at 9:30) at Dill Pickle Alley with vendors ( Parish Town Historical Society, Dori Rolon, Mary Lou Taro, Bonnie Frederick, Parish Dining & Activity Center, Parish Health Center, Rolanda Maynes, Relay for Life, Miss Jamie’s Right Step Dance Studio, Girl Scout cookies, Phyllis Dayger, and of course the chamber) and activities at the Mills and Petrie Memorial Gymnasium 2938 East Main Street following the parade. On Sunday morning there will be a pancake breakfast held at the Parish Fire Station, There are still seats available!!! Bright Star Productionz will return to the Grist Mill as a part of the Parish Irish Days Celebration on Sunday, March 15. 4:30 – 7:30 p.m. A hilarious Irish Wake Awaits you! The Girl Scout “World Cultures” Carnival will be held on Sat. April 4 from noon to 3 PM. The public is encouraged to attend this fun family event.
