March 7, 2009 Walter Czebiniak, 91, of Liverpool, passed away Saturday at St. Joseph's Hospital. He was an Army veteran who served in WWII. Walter retired from Carrier Corp. in 1977. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Ruth K. Czebiniak; a son, James M. Czebiniak; a daughter, Diane R. (Robert) Baril; a granddaughter, Melissa LaRose; two sisters, Grace Ripka and Ann Finch; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St. Burial will follow in North Syracuse Cemetery. Calling hours will be 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to the
