Parish Girl Scout Troop 710 had a great time setting up the temporary '4-hole' Frisbee golf course at Merrill Town Community Park on Sat. Oct. 11.

Parish Recreation has been awarded a grant through the Oswego County Youth Bureau and part of the requirement is to have the project completed by the end of 2008.  So.... Parish Recreation is looking for more volunteers to help out in this endeavor.   The Parish Girl Scout Troop 710 will be creating the 9 "holes" as a community service project, but help will be required in preparing the fairways and installation of the targets.  If your family or organization would like to assist, please contact Mary Lou at 625-4575 or guindfam@...

A couple of holes will be set up during the Fall Festival on Sat. Oct. 18, check it out and sign up to help clear some brush or a bit more....
