Have you returned your survey to the Parish Water Committee? Note from John Piseski---Just a short note to let u know Larry's status. He has been in and out of the hospitals and rehabs 6 times in the last year. Problems were infections, arthritis, pneumonia and joint problems. He went to hospital today to get a hip replacement. I talked to his wife, Joan tonight and all went ok. He expects to leave hospital within 5or 6 days and go to rehab and then home. His home address is Larry Lewis at This was the second year for the Party On The Porch. The weather was perfect the food was excellent, there was salads, beans, burgers, dogs, snacks and a lot of good desserts. Coolers filled with cold beverages. Tents protected everyone from the night due. Fireworks from East Cost filled the sky while the ground fog rolled in. Good friends, good food, and a perfect night reminded us over fifty of years gone by. We watched the youngins with blankets and sparklers, rolling on the grass making their own memories. Parish is the place to have fun! David Hall and Lisa Sabine would once again like to thank a few wonderful members of this community for their generosity & kindness. It was time again for the wood splitting for our friend, Bob Kilts' Grandmother, Thelma Beley. On Saturday, June 28th at 7:00 a.m. the fun began. In attendance with David & Lisa this year were, Hunter Hall, Greg & Marie Karboski, Gary Stock, Chuckie Williams, Shawn "Efi" Horning, Donnie Wart Jr., Jason "Bonsai" Adams, Gene & Carolyn Hall, Tommy Race, Mike Call, Richie Mullin, Belden Dawley, Ed and Eric DeGraw and of course, the Kilts family, Jimmy, Bobby and Mason. The rain tried to deter them but they prevailed and believe it or not, everyone had a fun time! Not only was it wood day, it was Jimmy Kilts' 66th birthday, so we surprised him with a
cake and song during the 'after work' cook-out celebration. Mark and Sue Anderson were in the area over the weekend, attending the Oswego County Fair and catching up with family and friends. Ralph and Joyce Vesey of West Monroe, Mary Lou Guindon and daughters, Tia, Nicole and Kayla attend the 4th Webb Reunion held at the home of Skip and Dixie Webb in Redfield on Saturday, July 5. You can help by donating funds In Honor of an individual, previous student, current student or staff member. You can also donate In Memory of a loved one. Consider giving in honor of your Graduating Class. We challenge
you alumni; can your graduating class raise enough donations for one uniform: All names will be listed in our 2008-2009 concert programs as well as other events throughout the school year. This uniform replacement drive is a huge financial undertaking. The APW Band Boosters are seeking donations to help fund this project. The current APW High School Marching Band uniforms are twelve to fifteen years old. They have been altered numerous times; many are permanently stained, discolored, and torn. Marching Bands are often the face of a high school band program. We want our students to be proud of their accomplishments, including their music education, and uniforms are a means of doing that and exhibiting that pride for their school and
community. This in turns provides a positive attitude, spirit, and morale among the members. We want the people in this community, and others the band performs in, to see the pride that our students have and that we have of them and that we support their desire to strive for excellence. With your generous contributions this project will succeed. Thank you in advance for helping our children, APW Band Boosters SOCCER ANYONE??
