 November 11, 2007 Morris "Moe" Sweeting Jr., 57, of North Alvord Street, Syracuse, passed away unexpectedly Sunday. A native of Parish, Moe was the son of Virginia and Morris Sweeting Sr. and resided in the Syracuse and Camden areas for most of his life. Moe retired in 1989 after more than 20
years at Crouse-Hinds and had since worked at Hinerwadel's Grove and Onesource, of East Syracuse. He was predeceased by his daughter, Sherrie Lynn Sweeting. Surviving are his children, Morris Sweeting III, Connie Sweeting, Joseph Sweeting, all of Syracuse, and Robert Sweeting and Chuck Lyons, both of Camden; his brothers and sisters, Virginia (Terry) Reynolds, of Syracuse, James (Dawn) Sweeting, of Parish, Kate Sweeting, of FL, Dickie (Marybeth) Sweeting, of Syracuse; his seven grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Krueger Funeral Home, 2619 Brewerton Rd., Mattydale. Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
