July 31, 2006 Samuel A. Walker, 17, of Parish, died Monday, July 31, 2006, as the result of a 1-car accident on Co. Rt. 26 in Parish. Born in Syracuse, he was life resident of Parish and was a 2006 graduate of A.P.W. High School, Parish. He had a schol-arship to attend Clarkson University in the fall. Sam had been
active with the First Robotics Club at Oswego County BOCES and the APW Football Team. He was also an avid snowmobiler. He was predeceased by his father, Michael in 2001. Surviving are his mother, Deborah Walker of Parish; his sister, Heather Walker of Parish; Paternal grandfather, Herman Britton of Pulaski; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Memorial Services will be 8 p.m., Friday, August 4, 2006 at the WATSON FUNERAL HOME, INC., 631 So. Main St., Central Square with burial in Fairview Cemetery, Williamstown at 11 a.m., Saturday, Aug. 5, 2006. Calling hours will be 5 tp 8 p.m. Friday before the service. Contributions, in lieu of flowers, should be made to APW Dollars For Scholars, PO Box 151, Parish, NY 13131 or Donald McFee Memorial Ambulance Service, Inc., Watson Ave., Mexico, NY 13114. |
