First off, Happy Holidays!

Also, just wanted to let you know that on Jan 15 I'll be leaving for the Philippines fo an extended period of time (6+ months).

In light of this, I'm letting go of my apartment here in Carp, and I'm in the process of selling a whole bunch of furniture:
