Having problems with message search?

I am glad to hear about the event and look forward to it. I haven't been around in a while but I look forward to seeing everyone again.
I am also writing because I read that this is a public event, so anyone can attend. I work for the County Environmental Health Dept. as the Temporary Food Facility Coordinator. Basically, if an event goes on where there is food distributed to the public, I work with them to ensure that there is safe food handling and that the event does not have any food troubles. Please give me a call as soon as possible so that I may go over the items required for food handling. My best recommendation is to come on in and we can talk face to face about it.
Before we do that, can you tell me two things? Who is providing the food or where is it coming from, and are they donating to the event or not?
