Hi PDC,
For thos of you who have spent time with the Vandenberg Aqualliers over the years: I got this "shout out" from their club (from one of their members who moved away... I believe Ray was their president for some time).
Cheers!

Hello all,
Greetings from the Tarr family! We are still chilling out here in sunny
Florida and loving every minute of it. Unfortunately the only diving I've
been doing lately is cleaning the hull of my boat while she sits in my boat
slip. I picked up a new "dive thing" lately though. Me and my son have
been spearfishing in the river (saltwater) and tearing up the sheepshead and
mangrove snapper. We started out diving with tanks but now we just snorkel
in the shallows. It's not coral reefs but it fills the freezer.
I am sure you have heard, but in case you didn't, the ship with your
base's namesake is underwater here. The "Hoyt S Vandenberg" was sunk as an
artificial reef. I haven't dove it but hear good things about the dive.
One thing is for sure, she's huge! You can read about it at:

Take care,
Ray Tarr and family
