Hi Steve,

We are looking forward to seeing your group on Saturday. Just a couple of
reminders:

1. There is no rain in the forecast, but it is predicted to be windy and
cooler Saturday afternoon. Please make sure everyone has warm clothes. Also,
if there are high winds when you meet the guides at the docks at 2:45 pm,
you have some options. You can continue with the tour as planned, wait a
short while to see if the winds lessen, do a shortened tour with dinner at
the picnic area above the docks, cancel with a $15 per person cancel fee or
we can hold the money and try again another day. Your guides will help you
make this decision if necessary.

2. Your guides are Ross Newby and Chemaine Collenbone. Our office will be
closed on Saturday. The guides' cell phones are Ross 805-704-5750, Chemaine
805-674-1574. They will be at the docks getting ready for the trip about 30
minutes prior to your arrival.

3. No guide gratuity has been added to the invoice. If you feel a gratuity
is warranted, please make sure this is handled appropriately with the group.

Hi Steve,

Great - we'll expect 15 people! The people who are bringing their own kayaks
would get a $10 per person discount.

We don't usually take the full payment at the docks, but if that works best
for you this time we can do that. You've already paid a deposit of $150.00
on your credit card so the balance due for 15 people at $79.00 each would be
1035.00 (minus $20.00 if the two people decide to bring their own kayaks).
The total came to $1185.00.
