defense.
Important: Please come on time.
Our team needs support from all of you guys.
The aim of the defense training:
1. familiar with the duty of defense line
2. familiar with the duty of your position
3. familiar with how to help other position
4. familiar with different strategies of the whole team
Arrangement for this week's training:
1. 5:00-5:20 warmup: 20min
2. 5:20-5:50 training: 30min regular defense vs regular offense
3. 5:50-6:10 discuss: 20min
4. 6:10-6:40 training: 30min regular defense vs regular offense
5. 6:40-6:50 discuss: 10min
6. 6:50-8:00 A game: 70min
