Distances and speeds are flexible, with runners separating into approximately two to three different pace groups. PR Tracksters typically run between 5:30 and 9:00 pace for a 1600 meter interval, but ALL SPEEDS ARE WELCOME. Interval distances range from 400 to 2000 meters. Presently, track workouts are at Washington-Lee High School in Arlington, VA (first interval is at 6:30 PM) unless otherwise notified.
The goal of Potomac Runners track workouts is to improve fitness, run personal bests, and enjoy the company and encouragement of fellow runners.
