As I write, I'm assembling a car-full of percussion for Saturday's
Drumming Extravaganza at PGP. But I have only one pair of proper drumsticks.
So if you've got some stix, bring 'em.
If you've got some shakers, bells, pan lids, castanets, bongos, djembes,
hubcaps, whatever, BRING 'EM.
Let's bring in some beats, and find something new.
Not a drum circle, but intending to get a wide circle involved.
Also, if you have chopsticks, those work well as "drumsticks" too. Not quite as
noisy, but otherwise just as fun.
Thanks Keith for hosting and for getting together so many instruments!
