Under the clouds with very up and down wind, strongest at the water's edge.
Glassy surface, no white caps. Amazing wave riding set up with a very long
period decent size SSW swell. 25 kiters when I rode out, most left before it
became awesome at high tide. LOTS of unbelievable wave rides up and down the
perfect lines. Very thin lips, spent a lot of time in "the green room". On top
of all that, I was blessed to be in the right spot at the right time and rode a
mast high rogue wave, it has been over 25 years since my last one as a young new
surfer! Thank you iwindsurf and PDXwindsurfer, I never would have thought to go
out with out your forecast, sensor data, and inspiration, I would have missed an
incredible session!
