Richard is concerned about this recent oil spill that apparently
happened Friday from The Dalles Dam. He and Trudy sailed Sat. at
Rooster Rock and were exposed not only to completely freezing water
but PCB's. Like isn't the 36 F. bad enough? Hope the rest of you
aren't too upset that you shouldn't sail the Columbia this week.
