Yeah, I thought about it, too. Was even tempted to call my sailing cohort
and see if he was up for a quick session.
Then I decided that my bike needed an overhaul, I really wanted to go for a
run, we needed to drop the Xmas tree off at the boy scout depot, had to
clean the gutters, etc. In other words I wimped out too.
Haven't given up on the idea of a coastal trip, tho. OOC, anybody sail or
have info on the Cape Lookout area ? We decided to rent a cabin for a night
at the state park there in Feb. for storm watching. Weather allowing, I'd
take gear and try to sail if the venue is somewhat forgiving.
Cheers
Gary

Not me. I thought about it, but took the dog for a walk instead. Went up
to Hoyt Arboretum , you could see all four mountains from the view point up
by the water tank. What a beautiful day. I knew that I couldn't talk my
sailing partner out into the water so that was the best that I could come up
with. It was tempting to check out Rooster but that place is brutal.
