Hi, welcome to the group. I hardly ever post here but I do love the group and I love reading other peoples running success stories. I think that you should go ahead and try Week 3 Day 1. If it is to much then you could go back to Week 2 for another week. Last night was my first time doing Week 3 and I really surprised myself and was able to finish it. You might surprise yourself.
