My name is Keetha - Shana kindly invited me to join.
Last week I started the Couch to 5K and I am mortified and disheartened
by how hard of a time I'm having with it! I am pretty much the same
size I have been since college but whoa am I out of shape.
Yesterday, Workout Two of Week Two, I did AWFUL. I think I finished one
of the 90-second jogs. I'm dreading tomorrow!
Last Friday I thought was a turning point because I actually, truly
*enjoyed* the first 60-second jog. I'm already nervous about next week.
Run for three minutes??
Should I repeat this week's workout next week instead?
