Excellent point. I was kind of hoping for some kind of a debriefing,
but being the final day of the event, the end-of-the-day duties kind
of take some priority and by the time you are finished, we all start
heading our separate ways.
There are always ways to improve and experience alone will aid with
that. The Safety Team members are talking about some ideas, that we
will look at over time. Be assured, we will be keeping everyone on
the same page with us. I help with NASCAR training at Kentucky
Speedway and their lead trainer has a philosophy that he kind of
adopts as a slogan for "Track Services" (everyone working on the hot
side of the fence)... the slogan is "Always Move Forward", meaning no
matter what you are doing, always strive to make it better and never
go backwards. I think that slogam works nicely for all of us!
