Ok will i under stand your point of vies but how do you go about doing
that withough haveing to flow through rails and such wont you have to
be like at a school grounds, outside of a bank, or downtown somewhere?
correct me of im wrong but your allowed to go anywhere that dosent
have a no tresspassing and when ur doing pk you realy dont stay in one
area long enough to draw attention, your there for personal goals and
self accomplishment. corect?
