Groups,
Yesterday my digger had an oops, my daughter wanted to turn it around so we could put it in the box after doing a test & tune session at MAR. Well, she started out OK, but then while turning the corner before backing up, she goosed the throttle hard enough to lift the front end (wheelie bars already off and in trailer), go scared, and wound up hitting her moms van, and tearing off the front of the digger. Known damage right now, all radius rods junk, steering arms junk, spokes and right hub junk, torsion tube and torsion bar junk, also lost 2" of front frame rail behind torsion tube on right side. Unknown condition is the front axle, make unknown, and the spindles, which are P&S Machined Products. What I need to do, is get the spindles checked out, but can't find anything on P&S any more, are they still in business? The torsion bar has a hex in the middle, and a hex on each end, but I don't know who made it. The wheel and tire are good, will have to get a new hub and relace it, but don't know whose hub it is. My car is a '68 Woody Gilmore, and I would like to replace with the same products if I can find them. Anybody able to help?
