Jackie,

You asked about what Pete looks like. Here are couple of pictures from
last years ride season. I think he is just under 15h. I will have to
look at his papers to check his bloodlines, but he was bred in Colton,
Oregon (near Portland). We live in Eagle Creek (also, near Portland).

We have a mare that actually has better confirmation for endurance, I
think. She was bred by Patty O'Rourke who lives in or near Spokane.
Patty did a lot of endurance a few years back on her Paso's. We should
ask her about lameness, but I never heard that she had any problems.
