Fair, Rodeo and Equestrian Queen Clinic
Are you a Queen or Princess representing an equestrian group? Are
you planning on trying out for a Rodeo Queen, Fair Court, or Horse
Association Representative? Or are you a parent or advisor that is
hosting some try-outs, judging a pageant, or advising a queen and
court?
If so, this clinic is a must! Selena Ulch, Miss Rodeo America 2005,
will be teaching a 2-day clinic in Vancouver, Washington. The
Northwest Rodeo Queen Clinic is designed to assist current and
aspiring queens on the preparation for a pageant, and the
fulfillment of a successful year. It will also provide invaluable
information to all those behind the scenes that make the pageant and
year full of appearances successful.
Rodeo and Equestrian Queen pageants require contestants to
demonstrate equine knowledge and horsemanship skills, as well as
public speaking skills and etiquette, to determine the best
candidate to represent the association. (Remember, these are NOT
Beauty Pageants) This clinic will touch on every aspect of a
pageant, as well as recommendations for court members to get the
most out of this experience.
The clinic will be hosted May 20-21 in Vancouver, Washington, 18
miles from Portland Oregon. For more information, email
