I wanted to see if there is any interest in sharing an apt./duplex/cottage/house in Santa Cruz with other women surfers on a part-time, permanent basis (year round, but not your full-time residence)?  I've done this in the past with other surfers and it's worked out great, but I'm not currently in a share of this kind and would like to start it up again.  Like a ski cabin share that people do in Tahoe, but this would be for surfers and in the Pleasure Point area of Santa Cruz.

 

Monthly rent would likely be $200-$300 per person, depending on how many people are sharing the place.
