we're getting ready for the BBQ this weekend in Santa Cruz at Monica's house after the Pleasure Point Wahine contest.    below is the RSVP list, directions and club free surf session info....

to make things easy, monica and i will shop for BBQ eats and just ask for a ~$5 contribution to cover our costs.  if you have any special dietary needs, let me know and we'll shop for you appropriately.

the BBQ will be after the contest on Sat.  the contest starts at 7:30am at Pleasure Point.  we're guessing the BBQ will go on ~12/12:30p or so.  just come on by (and no, you don't have to surf the contest to come to the BBQ - it's for everybody!)

her house is at #541 41st Ave.   it's very close to the parking lot at the Hook and that last stop sign on 41st.  Basically you go down 41st ave all the way towards the ocean to the end, just before you run into ECliff drive coming at you the other way as a one-way street.  Hers is a blue house with a blue door and a vine-covered fence in front of it.  It's on the right (just past the Otter Lair condo's) as you head down 41st towards the ocean.    get lost?  call my cell:  415-305-1184

***  post-BBQ surf ***

after we digest and either sit in the sun or the hot tub (weather depending) we'll head out for a group surf session.  the tide's low at 5:48pm on Sat --- so a ~3/4pm session would probably bring good waves...
