hello ladies,

any of you have experience surfing in new zealand? i
am planning a research trip there next month, and am
hoping to work hard in wellington (and maybe auckland)
for two weeks and take a week off to surf around. any
recommendations?

i'll be traveling alone =( so i don't know how
adventurous i want to be (in terms of surfing remote
breaks by myself) and also am not sure what i am going
to do about transportation. and by the way, if anyone
happens to be going that way in february or march,
please let me know.
