i'm looking for a roommate to share a great house in the Glenview
district, Oakland. yep, it's a little far from the coast but it's a
really nice house and amazing for the price.

2BR, sunny, charming (built-in cabinets, etc), hdwood floors, lots of
windows,washer/dryer, yard. it also has 2 porches front and back that
are cool for hanging out, napping, drinking wine, etc.
the house is in a great neighborhood off Park Blvd/580, close to
running/biking trails, neighborhood pool/park, great small
market,public transp.

$490/month plus utilities. (1 month deposit)
available May 1st

i've got some critters, a dog & 2 kitties. so probably no more pets
(though another kitty might be ok)
