Is anyone familiar with the operation of Eric Enders’ Triple E Productions research service?  I submitted a HOF research request to him over three weeks ago via phone and email, along with a follow-up call and email yesterday, all with no response.  Am I being over-anxious and expecting too much or is this just a laid-back business that responds in its own good time?
